The Program Chairs invite all future participants to submit an abstract for a talk or a poster presentation. There are 9 special sessions, one poster session and one general session. The sessions are listed on the Sessions page. The aim and scope of each session and the contact information of the chairs are available on the webpage of each session.
General and special sessions
25 minute blocks: 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
5 minutes for presentation (judging).
Abstracts must be submitted to the chairs of the session before May 10, 2019 (extended). Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis and a notification of acceptance will be sent before May 17, 2019 (extended). Early submissions are encouraged.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
All speakers whose abstracts are accepted for presentation must register and pay the registration fees.
All abstracts must be prepared according to the submission guidelines and using the abstract templates provided below.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts must be submitted using the LaTeX templates.
- Both .tex files and the compiled .pdf abstract file must be sent by email to the session chairs.
